When will my new review appear?
Has a customer left a review for your business and you can already see it on Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, or Amazon? But the new review isn’t showing up in your review forest yet?
There are several possible reasons for this.
- The review hasn’t fully loaded on the review platform yet. You and everyone else can already see it on Google & Co., but some final data is still being processed in the background.
- The review has been temporarily hidden or even removed by the review platform. You may still be able to see it, but the platform has flagged it and is checking it for policy violations.
- The review was submitted during a time window when the last update to your review forest page had just run or hadn’t run yet.
If (1.) the review’s data is still incomplete, or (2.) the review platform is currently checking the review, we unfortunately have to wait until that process is finished. Only then can we capture the review and display it in your review forest.

Section titled “Review received at the “wrong” time? We now have a solution for that!”The new feature can be found directly in your review forest, below the trees. There is a button labelled “Search for new reviews”. Once clicked, we will start searching for new reviews across all review platforms you have connected to your forest.
Within 5 minutes, we will capture any new reviews (that don’t fall under cases 1 or 2 above) and display them as a tree.
