I can't find my business
If you can’t find your business during the registration process at step 4 “Choose platforms / What is your business called on Google”, this is most likely because you haven’t set a publicly visible address in your Google My Business profile.
You can test whether this is the case for your business by entering the business address at the link below. If you find your business there, you’ll also be able to find and register it on ReviewForest using the same input.
How to make your address public in Google My Business
Section titled “How to make your address public in Google My Business”- Sign in to your Google My Business account
- Go to Info in the left-hand navigation
- There, below your business name, you’ll find the option to set an address by clicking the pencil icon
Alternative
Section titled “Alternative”We understand if your business would rather not list its address publicly. In that case, you can also sign in directly with your Google My Business account.
To do so, simply choose the option “sign in with my Google My Business account” offered to you in step 4 of the sign-up process.
