Use ReviewForest in Workiz

Workiz lets you sent you automated review requests when you assign clients a certain tag. It takes around 5 minutes to setup. This is how you include ReviewForest in your Workiz review requests:


1) Login to Workiz.
2) Click the Settings icon in the top right and choose Settings
3) Choose Notifications under General Settings.

If you already setup review requests in the past you must skip steps 5-8. Simply click on the request to edit it.
4) Click the +Add New Button.
5) Notify: Select Assigned Client
6) Notify by: Select SMS or Email, depending on your preference
7) By: Select Status
8 ) Status: Done This means that once you close a job, the email/SMS will be automatically sent
9) Subject & Message: Here's where you edit the template. Here's an example, please feel free to customize it to make it feel more personal. Make sure to edit the web address of the review forest with your own.

Subject: Review {{ biz_name }} and plant a tree

Hello {{first_name}},

Your {{job_type}} has now been completed.
If you have any question about the service you received, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
 
We would really appreciate it, if you leave a review for us. As a sign of appreciation we will plant a real tree in your name.
