How to use Canva to edit templates

Canva is a design platform that allows users to create professional-looking graphics without any prior design knowledge. With Canva, you can create beautiful social media graphics using our pre-made templates to tell your customers about your tree planting and to remind them to leave a review.

As you go to our Digital templates, you will see a template with the Canva logo. Click on the “Get Canva template” button to proceed.

You will be redirected to the external website and see a cover, some guidance on how to use the templates and a preview of templates.

Click Use template.

You will be asked to create a free account or login. Continue with the option you prefer.

Each template has editable parts, like text. You can adjust it to your needs. It is Important to change the number of planted trees in the past year. You can find this information by going back to ReviewForest app > inside this digital template description.

Do not forget to add your forest URL, so customers can leave a review for you.

If there are templates which have a specific planting project, like these ones, please use the one you are currently planting with.

When you finish editing and adjusting the template, you can download the final version. Click Share > Download. Default settings would work. Here you can select whether you want to export all pages or select a specific page. We would recommend exporting only relevant pages you have adjusted.

Hit download and you are all set! 🙌
