How to add an Email Signature to Gmail

In this article we will show you how you can add the ReviewForest signature into your Gmail account.
In order to add a signature to Gmail, first you need to copy one of the signatures provided by us.

Visit and login into your account.

Choose "Email Signatures" within the left menu or directly visit to see the different signatures.

After you have chosen one of the signatures, you need to copy the signature into your clipboard with the button "Copy Signature".

As soon as you have copied the signature you can add it into Gmail.

Open Gmail and click on the symbol for settings in the upper right corner of the page.

Choose "See all settings".

A list of all setting options is shown to you. Scroll down to the option "Signature".

Choose "+ Create new" and add a name to the new signature. Now you should see the following input box.

Insert copied signature into right column

Insert the copied ReviewForest signature into the right column.

Below the columns you can choose if you want this signature to be your standard signature for outgoing emails and / or for replies and forwarded emails.

In a last step you need to save the new created signature. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on " Safe Changes".
